GUIDELINES

Please familiarize yourself with our rules and regulations. They are intended for the safety of all guests. It is our goal to exceed your expectations. Please note there is a large black 'park cat' that roams the park freely and helps keep the mouse population under control. He likes to visit, but please do not pet him, pick him up or allow him in your RV.

• SPEED LIMIT is 5 MPH at all times. This includes bicycles, skateboards, golf carts, scooters, etc.
• CHECKOUT TIME is 11:00 AM. Check-in time is 12:00 noon.
• EXTENDED STAYS will be granted based on a space-available basis. A late checkout fee may be charged if you have not contacted the office.
• QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM.
• FACILITIES (pool, restrooms, and recreational areas) are for registered guests only.
• VISITORS must register at the office if they are using any of the facilities (pool, restrooms, etc.) and are charged a use fee.
• CIGARETTES and cigars must be disposed of properly (not on the ground). Smoking is not allowed in any park building.
• WASTE CONNECTIONS must be sealed, airtight and secure.
• NO PARKING on or over the grass at any time.
• NO RUGS OR MATS on the grass.
• PICNIC TABLES are to remain on the concrete pad or on the gravel at the site. If you would prefer to have your table removed, please contact the host on duty.
• TENTING is allowed only in the designated area of the park (fee). Tents are not allowed on any RV site.
• VEHICLE WASHING is permitted for a fee; permits are available at the office. Hoses with spray nozzles are required. Please use biodegradable soap. Permits may be restricted because of water shortages.
• TRASH AND RECYCLING bins are located in the parking area across from the office. Do not leave trash at your site.
• CHILDREN under the age of 14 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT IN RESTROOMS, SHOWERS, POOL, PLAYGROUND AND RECREATION AREAS. We require that you supervise your children and be responsible for their behavior.
• MAIL DELIVERY is available for guests. Our address is 35800 Eagle Nest Dr., Polson MT 59860.
• YARD MAINTENANCE is ongoing including mowing and sprinkling. Please remove all items that could be damaged.
• LAUNDRY FACILITIES are available 24 hours a day. The laundry is located on the south side of the office building. Please do not hang anything from the trees.
• CAMPFIRES are permitted only in approved self contained propane fire pits. The stove must be kept on the gravel or cement. They are not allowed on the grass at any time.
• SOCIAL HOUR is at 4:30 every day. Join us for conversation and get to know your fellow guests. Bring a chair and a beverage of your choice. See the host for the location.

POOL RULES

• OPEN Memorial Day through Labor Day (weather permitting). 10:00 AM until dusk.
• NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY AT ANY TIME.
• CHILDREN under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. NO EXCEPTIONS. Children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the hot tub at any time.
• Appropriate pool attire must be worn, including babies and toddlers.
• Please read and obey all posted safety and health related signs.
• Enjoy the pool and hot tub at your own risk.

RULES FOR PETS OUTSIDE THE RV

• ATTENDED at all times.
• LEASHED at all times (6 FT maximum leash length)
• QUIET and under control.
• NOT TIED to any tree or power pedestal.
• NOT ALLOWED in the pool area or any building.
• YOU MUST clean up after your pet. A refuse bag must be visible when walking your pet.
• NOT ALLOWED in any other site unless invited.
• A PET RUN is available at the southern end of the park for your pet to be unleashed. However, you are responsible for your pet's behavior. Please walk your pet up the center road and NOT through the private mobile home area.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS

Eagle Nest RV Resort is a privately owned property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of money or valuables. We reserve the right to evict (without notice or refund) any guest for any infraction of these rules and regulations.
