Frequently Asked Questions


Nightly Policy

Reservation Requirement:

  • A deposit equal to the charge for the first night rent will be made by check or charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Procedure:

  • If cancellation request is made 10 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be credited with the deposit fee less a $5 cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation request is made less than 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departure.
  • No refunds will be given for poor weather conditions - there are some things over which we have NO control.
  • Effective during the 4th of July holiday, a two night stay is required with a two night deposit which is nonrefundable.
  • A NO-CALL, NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT BEING FORFIETED.
  • Deposits will not be rolled over to any future stay (this season or next).

Weekly Policy

Reservation Requirement:

  • A deposit equal to a two night stay will be made by check at the time the reservation is made.

Cancellation Procedure:

  • If cancellation request is made 10 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date, a one night stay will be refunded.
  • If cancellation request is made less than 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, your entire deposit will be forfeited.
  • No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departure.
  • No refunds will be given for poor weather conditions - there are some things over which we have NO control.
  • Effective during the 4th of July holiday, a two night stay is required with a two night deposit which is nonrefundable.
  • A NO-CALL, NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT BEING FORFIETED.
  • Deposits will not be rolled over to any future stay (this season or next).

Monthly Policy

Reservation Requirement:

  • A deposit of $200.00 in cash or check will be required to hold your monthly reservation.  Deposit will be applied to last month reserved.
  • Specific sites may be requested but only seasonal sites will be guaranteed.  A specific site will go to the guest who is staying the longest.

Cancellation Procedure:

  • All monthly reservations will receive $45.00 of the deposit regardless of when the cancellation is made.
  • No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departure.
  • A NO-CALL, NO SHOW WILL RESULT IN THE ENTIRE DEPOSIT BEING FORFIETED.
  • Deposits will not be rolled over to any future stay (this season or next).

Large Group Policy for Six or More Rigs

Reservation Requirement:

  • If a single individual makes a reservation for an entire group, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the first night's charge for the entire group is required.
  • If each individual makes his/her own reservation, then nightly or weekly policy above will apply to each reservation.

There are no refunds for holiday weekends, late arrivals, early departures or poor weather conditions.

Dog Restrictions - No more than three dogs allowed per site.  Aggressive behavior or excessive barking will not be tolerated and will result in termination of stay without a refund.

Guest/Visitors - All visitors MUST check in at the office, receive parking instructions and a visitors pass.  Visitors are allowed as a courtesy, but do not have swimming, shower, or Pickle Ball privileges until they pay a $3.00 per day use fee.  Overnight visitors must register as a camper and pay a $3.00 per night fee.

Campfires - Campfires are permitted only in approved self contained propane fire pits. The stove must be kept on the gravel or cement. They are not allowed on the grass at any time.

Guests are responsible for any injury or property damage.  Eagle Nest Resort assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries or damages incurred.
